The SM Philippine Ice Hockey Team bags gold last month 29th SEA Games in KL, Malaysia. Adding to the rooster of wins were Michael Martinez as silver and Alisson Perticheto as bronze for figure skating. I saw Michael the 2014 winter Olympian did his amazing ice performance in SM Megamall last August 30.
After our Team meet up with the Hockey SEA Games Gold Medalist. As the skaters lifting up their medals with joy as SM Entertainment Inc President Edgar Tejerero congrats them for a job well done. They started last 2008 as pure enthusiast at SM skating rinks.
Same year when I was dating a Korean lady back then, Who loves to skate that 1st taught me the basics of how to skate in MOA skating rink. Up to now I'm still learning how to skate. Hoping to do Bond action stunts and various winter-sports extreme adventure in Swiss or Euro alps sometimes.
The skate enthusiast participated to regional open tournaments and gained recognition from International Ice Hockey Federation. Michael has been skating since 7 years old. Under the patronage of SM CEO Hans Sy. The Team began to train more intensely at SM skating rink as their official training ground.
